Please help. I simply want to use network link conditioner on my iphone. I am using a MBP early 2015 running OS 10.12.6. My iphone 7 is running ios 12.3.1 I just downloaded, after much tribulation xcode 8.3.3, found the devices section and clicked on my iphone. However it says that 12.3.1 may not be supported by this version of xcode. I'm assuming it's not as the 'developer'option does not show up under settings on my iphone. Maybe I'm missing something? I have no idea what most of the developer jargon is. Can someone please help me figure out if there is an xcode version that is compatible with both my current Mac OS and the version of my iphone? If this doesn't exist, can you point me in the direction of what I need to download? I am on very limited data and the less I have to download the better! Thank You!
